Good Spanish Food
"Panella" is the Spanish national dish, a combination of seafood, chicken and vegtables mixed together in saffron-flavored rice. Typical Andalusian cuisine
focusses on fish dish such as Zarzuela. Up to a dozen different types of seafood are used in this dish, which is served in a brandy and wine sauce. Pa amb tomaquet is peasant-style bread topped with fresh tomatoes and grilled. Fritura Malaguena is typical fried seafood. DESERT---Crema Catalana, the local version of caramel custard. Cadiz, Spain
This magnificent "Fountain of the Frogs" is in Cadiz, Spain near Seville. A very pictureque town of while buildings. Absolutely gorgeous, where ever you looked and natives are very friendly. A walk thru this village with the "air" and the busy little tiny streets full of bustling autos (also little) made you smile as you enjoyed all the natural beauty. Truly a place in paradise!!!
